September, 2010, at 5:30 p.m. at 11101 North 78th Street, Omaha,Nebraska, which
meeting will be open to the public, for the purpose of hearing support, opposition,
criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers relating to the following proposed
budget. The budget detail is available at the office of the Clerk during regular business
hours. The agenda for the meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public
inspection at 2120 So. 72 Street, Suite 1200, Omaha,Nebraska, and includes a regular
meeting, along with payment of bills.

to setting the final tax request at a different amount than the prior year tax request.
