RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, JMN Construction, LLC was awarded a contract by City Council Resolution
No. 583 on June 14, 2022, to construct OPW 53704, being the West Center Road at 92nd Street
Bridge Redecking Project associated with Capital Improvement Program Project No. 2004T502;
and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase the contract to perform additional work listed in the
attached Change Order No. 1, which by this reference is made a part hereof; and,
WHEREAS, JMN Construction, LLC has agreed to perform this work for an additional cost
of $211,500.00, which is to be paid from the 2018 Transportation Bond Fund 13185,
Transportation Bonds Organization 117117, year 2022 expenditure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OMAHA:
THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, Change Order No. 1 with JMN Construction, LLC
for additional work on OPW 53704, being the West Center Road at 92nd Street Bridge Redecking
Project, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT, the Finance Department is authorized to pay an additional sum of$211,500.00, for
this change order, from the 2018 Transportation Bond Fund 13185, Transportation Bonds
Organization 117117, year 2022 expenditure.
