complex. This is a 25 million dollar renovation of a full city block of
warehousing in downtown Omaha for NuStyle Development. In addition,
. r Albert served as project architect on the Lied Conference Center in
Nebraska City, which received the "Distinguished Accomplishment in
Iran Design Excellence" award. Albert pays specific attention to detail

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Landmarks Heritage Preservation
Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Section 24-28 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides that vacancies
occurring in the membership of the Commission may be filled as provided in Section 24-26 of
the Omaha Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Mike Fahey has appointed Albert T. Macchietto to the
Landmarks Heritage Preservation Commission as a member, commencing on the date of
confirmation by the City Council and expiring three years thereafter; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Macchietto's appointment will fill the position of an architect
member on this Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment by Mayor Mike Fahey of Albert T. Macchietto, as a
member of the Landmark Heritage Preservation Commission, commencing upon confirmation
by the City Council and expiring three years thereafter is hereby confirmed.
