As noted in the Agreement with Sterling Solutions & Systems, Inc., the Contract expires March 31, 2002 unless both parties agree upon an extension not to exceed August 31, 2002. The Police Department recommends approving the extension of the Professional Services Agreement with Sterling Solutions & Systems, Inc. and requests your consideration and approval of this Resolution. Funds of $26,940.00 (not to exceed $30,810.00) have been appropriated in Year 2001, Local Law Enforcement Block Grant 2000, Fund 166, Agency 200, Organization 6205, Object 2499.
