RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 27-121, et seq. of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the creation
and operation of the Public Art Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Rachel Mindrup was appointed to serve as the Visual Art Teacher member on the
Public Art Commission for a three-year term, which has expired; and,
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Public Art Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean Stothert wishes to appoint Pamela Hinson as the Visual Art Teacher
member of the Public Art Commission, said term to commence September 21, 2022 and expire September
20, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT the appointment by Mayor Jean Stothert of Pamela Hinson as the Visual Art Teacher
member of the Public Art Commission to serve a three-year term, commencing September 21, 2022 and
expiring September 20, 2025, is hereby confirmed and approved.
