RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, on July 1, 1999, Robyn Hubbard was appointed to serve on the
Library Board; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Robyn Hubbard as a member of the Library Board will
expire on June 30, 2002; and,
WHEREAS, Section 14-23 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the
appointment to said board; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Fahey has appointed Carol Ebdon to the Library Board, said
term to commence on July 1, 2002, and to expire on June 30, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment by the Mayor of Carol Ebdon as a member of the Library
Board to serve a term commencing on July 1, 2002 and expiring on June 30, 2005, is hereby
confirmed.
