NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: THAT, the appointment by the Mayor of Carol Ebdon as a member of the Library Board to serve a term commencing on July 1, 2002 and expiring on June 30, 2005, is hereby confirmed.
