ORDINANCE NO. 338
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65
of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map
of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to
rezone from CC-Community Commercial District to GI-General Industrial District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code
be, and the same hereby is,changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha
Municipal Code so that:
That part of the West One Half of the East One Half of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 1, Township 14 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M. lying North of the
centerline of the Papillion Creek Drainage Ditch,in Douglas County,Nebraska,more
particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said West
half;thence South 1°02154" East, 33.01 feet to the point of beginning (the North line
of said East Half assumed East-West in direction);thence South 1°02'54" East along
the East line at the said West Half 691.13 feet to the centerline of said Drainage
Ditch; thence North 53°57'30" West along the centerline of said Drainage Ditch,
213.08 feet; thence North 1°02'54" West, 565.74 feet; thence East 170.0 feet to the
point of beginning, is hereby rezoned from CC-Community Commercial District to
GI-General Industrial District.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen(15) days from the date of
its passage.
