RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the City of Omaha has created a Landmarks Heritage Preservation
Commission; and
WHEREAS, Section 24-25 of the Omaha Municipal Code, provides for the
composition of that commission; and,
WHEREAS, Section 24-26 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the Mayor
to appoint members to this commission; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Mike Fahey has appointed Kris M. Drain to the Landmarks
Heritage Preservation Commission as a member, to fulfill the lay person position, commencing
on the date of confirmation by the City Council and expiring three years thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment by Mayor Mike Fahey of Kris M. Drain, as the layperson
member of the Landmarks Heritage Preservation Commission, commencing upon confirmation
by the City.Council and expiring three years thereafter,is hereby confirmed.
