The attached Resolution expresses the Omaha City Council's approval of a satellite keno location
to be operated by Big Red Lottery Services, Ltd., at 24535 King Lake Road, Valley, Nebraska.
This location is a business currently operated by Henry R. and Marlene L. Leitner, incorporated
as Depot, Inc., doing business under the name "Hideout."
At this location the keno business will be conducted as an ancillary activity to the existing bar
business. Keno bets will be received and paid at the location but the actual number selection will
continue to be performed at the keno games operated at Peony Park. Additional information
about the location and Big Red Lottery Service's plans are included within the application
submitted to the City.
A Douglas County liquor license is presently issued to this location. This location is outside the
city limits of Omaha.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the City of Omaha has entered into a Lottery Operator's Agreement
with Big Red Lottery Services, Ltd., for the operation of a keno-type lottery at certain locations
within the City of Omaha and areas of Douglas County (hereinafter "the Lottery Operator's
Agreement"); and,
WHEREAS, the Lottery Operator's Agreement provides that Big Red Lottery
Services, Ltd., subject to the approval of the City Council, may operate satellite keno locations
where keno tickets are sold and redeemed but where number selection is not performed; and,
WHEREAS, the Lottery Operator's Agreement and pertinent regulations require
that satellite locations shall be operated in accordance with all provisions of the Lottery
Operator's Agreement and Keno Application Procedures and Criteria adopted by this Council;
and,
WHEREAS, on July 8, 2002, Big Red Lottery Services, Ltd. submitted an
application for the City Council's peiiiussion to operate a satellite keno location at premises
known as 24535 King Lake Road, Valley, Nebraska, a business currently operated by Henry R.
and Marlene L. Leitner, incorporated as Depot, Inc., doing business under the name "Hideout."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, in accordance with its Lottery Operator's Agreement with the City of
Omaha, Big Red Lottery Services, Ltd. is granted approval to operate a satellite keno location at
the business operated by Henry R. and Marlene L. Leitner, incorporated as Depot, Inc., under the
name "Hideout", at 24535 King Lake Road, in Valley, Nebraska.
