NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: THAT, the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign the attached Municipal Annual Certification of Program Compliance to the Nebraska Board of Public Roads Classifications and Standards for 2022. 3337htp APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY ATE Adopted.
