ORD 43083 - TIF Rescission Ordinance - O'Keefe Lofts ORDINANCE NO. LBQM2 AN ORDINANCE rescinding Ordinance No. 42670, passed by the Omaha City Council on September 16, 2021 approving a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Loan Agreement with O'Keefe Lofts, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company to implement O'Keefe Lofts Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Project Plan for a redevelopment project site located at 1402 Jones Street which proposed the rehabilitation and expansion of an office building with historic character in the Central Business District of Omaha, and providing for an effective date. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. The Redevelopment Agreement with O'Keefe Lofts, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, to implement the O'Keefe Lofts TIF Redevelopment Project Plan for the redevelopment project site located at 1402 Jones Street, which proposed the rehabilitation and expansion of an office building with historic character in the Central Business District of Omaha for use as first floor retail space with 19 for sale residential condominium units on the upper floors, approved by the City Council on September 16, 2021, by Ordinance No. 42670, shall be and is hereby rescinded.
