RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 43-53 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the
appointment of members to the Building Board of Review; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Charles Wilscam, Jr., as the architect member on the
above board expired August 31, 2002; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Mike Fahey has appointed James D. Kucks as the architect
member of the Building Board of Review, said term to commence upon confirmation by the City
Council, and to expire three years thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment by the Mayor of James D. Kucks as the architect member
of the Building Board of Review, said term to commence upon confirmation by the City Council,
and to expire three years thereafter, is hereby confirmed.
