RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Sections 40-56 through 40-59, Subdivision B, Division 2, Article II,
Chapter 40 of the Omaha Municipal Code provide for the appointment to the Air
Conditioning/Air Distribution Board; and
WHEREAS, Jess Steward was appointed to the Air Conditioning/Air Distribution
Board for a three year term that expired on October 18, 2002; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Mike Fahey has reappointed Jess Steward to a three year
term as a contractor member of the Air Conditioning/Air Distribution Board, said term to
commence upon confirmation by the City Council and to expire three years thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment by the Mayor of Jess Steward to a three year term as a
contractor member of the Air Conditioning/Air Distribution Board, to serve commencing upon
confirmation by the City Council and to expire three years thereafter, is hereby confirmed.
