As Chaiiiiian of the Board of Equalization, I have the honor to report that the regular
session of the Board of Equalization was held March 4, 2003; its business before the Board was
equalization of Plans of Assessment to cover the cost of public improvements as follows:
AMOUNTS PROPOSED AS SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TO COVER CHARGES FOR
DEMOLITION OF CONDEMNED STRUCTURES AND BUILDINGS ON CERTAIN LOTS
AND PARCELS OF REAL ESTATE IN THE CITY OF OMAHA, DOUGLAS COUNTY,
NEBRASKA, $184,089.00
Said plans were approved with adjustments; made at our regular meeting held March 4,
2003.
