Condition(s):
1) Correct the"Source and Use of Funds"form to keep the debt ratio under four percent(4%).
2) Provide for an extension of Davenport Street from the town center west into West Village
Pointe.
3) Submit a revised traffic study and provide for all improvements included in the approved
study.
4) Provide for 180th and Burke intersection improvements or submit an Interlocal agreement
with the timing and cost sharing of improvements.
5) Note the appropriate access restrictions on the plat.
6) Widen 170th Street from Burke Street north to Davenport Street, and provide a left-turn bay
into Davenport Street.
7) Redesign Davenport Street to the specifications of the Public Works Department or make the
street private.
8) Provide for maintenance of medians above City standards.
9) Provide for the private installation and maintenance of traffic signals at private drives.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the revised preliminary plat entitled VILLAGE POINTE (Formerly
Phase Two of Town Center at Pacific Springs), located southwest of 168th Street and West bodge
Road, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", has been approved by the Planning
Board of the'City of Omaha, along with the conditions set out in Exhibit "B". attached hereto and
made a part hereof; and,
WHEREAS,Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission of
revised preliminary plats to the City Council for its consideration; and,
WHEREAS,the acceptance of this revised preliminary plat is tentative in nature and
does not constitute or require approval of the final plat of this subdivision.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the revised preliminary plat entitled VILLAGE POINTE (Formerly Phase
Two of Town Center at Pacific Springs) located southwest of 168th Street and West Dodge Road,
along with the attached conditions, is hereby accepted; and,the preparation of the final plat of this
subdivision is hereby authorized.
