RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: A-
WHEREAS,Section 14-115 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska authorizes the City,
of Omaha to regulate the subdivision of land within the corporate limits of the City sand,
WHEREAS,the owners of certain unplatted real estate have executed and submitted
a plat entitled KELLOGG'S ADDITION located Northeast of 102nd and "I" Streets; and,
WHEREAS,the Planning Department has recommended the approval and acceptance
of this plat.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT,the plat entitled KELLOGG'S ADDITION located Northeast of 102nd and"I"
Streets, is hereby approved and accepted.
