RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat entitled NEARY'S FIRST ADDITION located,
northeast of 61st Avenue and Bancroft Street,attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit
with a request for a waiver of Section 53-8(4)(a)Lot Depth of the Omaha Municipal Code has been; -
approved by the City of Omaha Planning Board; and, -
WHEREAS,Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission of
preliminary plats to the City Council for its consideration; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of this preliminary plat with a waiver of Section 53-
8(4)(1) Lot Depth of the Omaha Municipal Code, is tentative in nature and does not constitute or
require approval of the final plat of this subdivision by the City of Omaha Planning Board or City
Council.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT,the preliminary plat entitled NEARY'S FIRST ADDITION located northeast
of 61st Avenue and Bancroft Street, with a°waiver of Section 53-8(4)(a) Lot Depth of the Omaha
Municipal Code is hereby accepted;and,the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby
authorized.
