RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, bids were submitted on March 9, 2022, for OPW 54134, being the Papio WRRF
Bisulfite Tankage Expansion Project; and,
WHEREAS, All Purpose Construction, submitted a bid of$185,000.00, being the lowest and best
bid received; and,
WHEREAS, the cost of this project shall be paid from the Sewer Revenue Improvements Bond
Fund 21124, Capital Asset Replacement Program Bond Organization 116913; Sewer Revenue Bonds
will be issued to finance this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, the contract with All Purpose Construction, for OPW
54134, being the Papio WRRF Bisulfite Tankage Expansion Project, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT, the Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of $185,000.00, from the Sewer
Revenue Improvements Bond Fund 21124, Capital Asset Replacement Program Bond Organization
116913; Sewer Revenue Bonds will be issued to finance this project.
