RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, bids were submitted on February 2, 2022, for OPW 54274, being the 2022 Brick
Street Restoration at Various Locations Project; and,
WHEREAS, Divine Mowing Services, Inc. (DMS, Inc.), submitted a bid of$597,948.31, being the
lowest and best bid received; and,
WHEREAS, the cost of this project, shall be paid from the 2020 Street Preservation Bond Fund
13191, Residential Brick Street Repair Organization 116122.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, the contract with Divine Mowing Services, Inc. (DMS,
Inc.), for OPW 54274, being the 2022 Brick Street Restoration at Various Locations Project, is hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT, the Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of $597,948.31, from the 2020
Street Preservation Bond Fund 13191, Residential Brick Street Repair Organization 116122.
