Condition(s):
1) Correcting subdivision names,legal descriptions,and lot numbering,then recording the plat
as agreed upon;
2) Including private ownership and maintenance responsibilities for the outlot in a recordable
subdivision agreement; and,
3) Submitting a letter from Douglas County Emergency Management that indicates acceptable
emergency warning is being provided for.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the revised preliminary plat entitled AVALON NORTH(Lots 94-189
and Outlot A),located northwest of Blair High Road and Potter Street, attached hereto and made a
part hereof as Exhibit "A", has been approved by the Planning Board of the City of Omaha, along
with the conditions set out in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and,
WHEREAS,Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission of
revised preliminary plats to the City Council for its consideration; and,
WHEREAS,the acceptance of this revised preliminary plat is tentative in nature and
does not constitute or require approval of the final plat of this subdivision.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the revised preliminary plat entitled AVALON NORTH (Lots 94-189 and
Outlot A),located northwest of Blair High Road and Potter Street along with the attached conditions,
is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
