Transmitted herewith is a Resolution amending Resolution No. 209, adopted February 24, 2004.
This Resolution awarded a contract to L.G. Roloff Construction Co., Inc., for OPW 50306, being
24th and Redick Sewer Separation Phase I, Storm Sewer Outlet at Minne Lusa Outfall Channel in
the incorrect amount of$359,349.17. The correct amount should be $395,349.17. Inadvertently
the numbers were transposed in the original Resolution.
The attached amending Resolution corrects this error, and the Public Works Department requests
your consideration and approval of this Resolution.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 209, adopted February 24, 2004, awarded a contract
to L.G. Roloff Construction Co., Inc., for OPW 50306 being 24th and Redick Sewer Separation
Phase I, Storm Sewer Outlet at Minne Lusa Outfall Channel in the amount of$359,349.17; and,
WHEREAS, an error in the Resolution was made by inadvertently transposing
numbers, and the correct amount should be $395,349.17.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, Resolution No, 209, adopted February 24, 2004, awarding a contract to
L.G. Roloff Construction Co., Inc., for OPW 50306, being 24th and Redick Sewer Separation
Phase I, Storm Sewer Outlet at Minne Lusa Outfall Channel be amended in the contract amount
to the sum of$395,349.17, being the lowest and best bid received.
