RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, section 18-1901, Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943, as amended,
and section 49-106 of the Omaha Municipal Code, provide for the appointment of members of
the Plumbing Board; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Larry Gardner as the non-union journeyman plumber
member of the Plumbing Board will expire on March 12, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Mike Fahey has reappointed Larry Gardner to serve on the
Plumbing Board, as the non-union journeyman plumber member, said term to commence on the
date of confirmation by the City Council and to expire on March 12, 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, Mayor Mike Fahey's reappointment of Larry Gardner to the Plumbing
Board, as the non-union journeyman plumber member, said term to commence on the date of
confirmation by the City Council and to expire on March 12, 2007, be, and the same hereby is,
approved.
