The attached proposed Resolution rescinds the Old Vine Corporation 19th and Dodge Street
Redevelopment Plan for development of a commercial building and a parking structure at 19th
and Dodge Streets, approved by the City Council on December 15, 1998 by Resolution No.
3481. The Developer has subsequently cancelled this redevelopment project.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, on December 15, 1998 by Resolution No. 3481, the City Council
approved the Old Vine Corporation 19th and Dodge Street Redevelopment Plan for the
Redevelopment Area located at 19th and Dodge Streets (see Attachment 1 for complete legal
description); and,
WHEREAS, this redevelopment plan provided for the division of ad valorem
taxes under Sections 18-2147 through 18-2150, Revised Statutes of Nebraska; and,
WHEREAS, Old Vine Corporation has subsequently cancelled the proposed
development of a commercial office building and a parking structure for this area; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the Old Vine Corporation 19th and Dodge Street Redevelopment Plan for.
the Redevelopment Area located at 19th and Dodge Streets, prepared by the Omaha City
Planning Department and containing a provision for the division of ad valorem taxes under
Section 18-2147 through 18-2150, Revised Statutes of Nebraska, approved by the City Council
on December 15, 1998 by Resolution No. 3481, be and hereby is rescinded.
