Organization 130711, Account 44234. The Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost from this
account.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, bids were received on April 21, 2004 for one All Wheel Drive
Chevy Astro Cargo Mini Van for the Omaha Police Department Crime Lab; and,
WHEREAS, Husker Auto Group submitted a bid of$25,897.00 being the lowest
and best bid received within bid specifications for an All Wheel Drive Chevy Astro Cargo Mini
Van ; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor has recommended acceptance of this bid.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT as recommended by the Mayor, the bid of Husker Auto Group in the
amount of $25,897.00, which represents the bid for one All Wheel Drive Chevy Astro Cargo
Mini Van, for the Omaha Police Department Crime Lab, being the lowest and best bid received
within bid specifications, which is incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby accepted and
the same hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED;
THAT the Finance Department of the City of Omaha is authorized to pay
$25,897.00 for the cost of the All Wheel Drive Chevy Astro Cargo Mini Van from Year 2004,
General Seized Assets Fund 12156, Organization 130711, Account 44234.
