Dear Sirs:
This letter is to file an objection to any proposal by Subway Sandwiches/Goodrich
to place tables on the sidewalk in front of 1212 Howard Street. This business is
currently under construction and they have two tables placed outside on the sidewalk.
As of January 15, no application for leased space for these tables had been filed. It is
unclear to me if the owners of this business intend to leave these tables out
permanently, but I would like to go on record as opposing any application for leased
space they may file.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Ronald Korbelik has requested permission to install outdoor seating
located at 1212 Howard Street, Omaha, Nebraska; and,
WHEREAS, the request of Ronald Korbelik has been examined and approved by
the City Planning and Public Works Departments, and otherwise found to be in compliance with
all City regulations.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the request of Ronald Korbelik for permission to install outdoor seating
located at 1212 Howard Street, Omaha, Nebraska, be and hereby is approved, and the Permits
and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefore, contingent upon
continued compliance with all requirements made and provided by law.
