The attached Resolution expresses the Omaha City Council's approval of a satellite keno location
to be operated by Big Red Keno, Ltd., at 320-322 South 72"d Street. This location is a business
currently operated by Ronald C. Petersen and April D. Erickson, incorporated as Shea Riley
Enterprises, Ltd., doing business under the name "Shea Riley's Pub."
At this location the keno business will be conducted as an ancillary activity to the existing bar
business. Keno bets will be received and paid at the location but the actual number selection will
continue to be performed at the keno games operated at Peony Park. Additional information about
the location and Big Red Keno's plans are included within the application submitted to the City.
A liquor license is presently issued to this location.

RE: Satellite Keno Location
The Planning Department has completed the zoning compliance review of the proposed satellite keno
locations and submits the following findings:
Shea Riley's Pub 320-322 South 72"d Street
Zoning: Acceptable. This site is zoned GI-General Industrial District.This is a existing facility.Indoor
Sports and Recreation is allowed with a special use permit. As an existing facility it is considered to have a
permit and to be a conforming use.
Parking:The application indicates that 120 on-site parking stalls are available as part of a commercial
common development.Based on the information provided, 15 stalls would be required to meet minimum
zoning standards.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the City of Omaha has entered into a Lottery Operator's Agreement
with Big Red Keno, Ltd., ("Big Red") to operate a keno-type lottery within the City of Omaha and
areas of Douglas County ("the Lottery Operator's Agreement"); and,
WHEREAS, the Lottery Operator's Agreement allows Big Red to receive the City
Council's approval of satellite keno locations to be operated in accordance with the Lottery
Operator's Agreement and Keno Application Procedures and Criteria adopted by this Council; and,
WHEREAS, on June 21, 2004,Big Red applied for permission to operate a satellite
keno location at 320-322 South 72nd Street, a business operated by Ronald C. Petersen and April D.
Erickson, incorporated as Shea Riley Enterprises, Ltd., and doing business under the name "Shea
Riley's Pub."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, Big Red Keno, Ltd., is granted approval to operate a satellite keno location
at the business operated by Ronald C. Petersen and April D. Erickson, incorporated as Shea Riley
Enterprises, Ltd., and doing business under the name Shea Riley's Pub at 320-322 South 72nd
Street, in Omaha,Nebraska.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT, approval is subject to continued compliance with the law, the Lottery
Operator's Agreement, as amended, the keno location criteria, and the terms, conditions and
representations in the application for approval of this location.
