Condition(s):
1) Installing temporary turnarounds for all stub streets serving more than 1 lot.
2) The developer of this project participating in the cost of the currently scheduled"F" Street
improvements.
3) Noting on the plat that direct access will not be allowed to "F" Street from any lot.
4) No access to the boulevard from any lot.
5) Note on the plat that no direct access will be permitted to 202nd Street between"F"Street and
"G" Street.
6) Submit a 1:20 exhibit of the proposed traffic circle.
7) Provide traffic calming on any continuous street of 1000' in length.
8) Submit cross-sections and 100-year storm calculations to insure the drainage easement meets
the City's 3:1 plus 20 foot erosion setback or allows the passage of the 100-year storm,
whichever is larger.
9) Submit both private and public finance scenarios if the Sanitary Interceptor Sewer Plan is not
updated to include the site and insure the project has an acceptable debt ratio under 4%.
10) Park and Recreation Board approval of the improvements for the small segment of
boulevard on the plat.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, preliminary plat entitled CANTERBERRY CROSSING located
Southwest of 200th and"F"Streets,attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit"A",has been
approved by the City of Omaha Planning Board, along with the conditions set out in Exhibit "B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof; and,
WHEREAS,Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission of
preliminary plats to the City Council for its consideration; and,
WHEREAS,the acceptance of this preliminary plat is tentative in nature and does not
constitute or require approval of the final plat of this subdivision.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the preliminary plat entitled CANTERBERRY CROSSING located
Southwest of 200th and"F"Streets,along with the attached conditions,is hereby accepted;and,the
preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
