Provide dedications for both 168th Street and Blondo Street as determined by the Douglas County Engineer's Office; 3. Add noise attenuation easements to the plat along both major streets; 4. Submit a 1:20 scale drawing of the Burdette Street connection to 168th Street; 5. Provide for installing sidewalks along both 168th and Blondo Streets and both sides of the interior street; and, 6. Include provisions in the sediment and erosion control plan to stabilize all runoff to protect the native prairie on the southeast corner of 168th and Blondo Streets. P:\PLN2\10992pjm.doc C-25A CITY OF OMAHA LEGISLATIVE CHAMBER August 3, 2004 Omaha,Nebraska RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: WHEREAS, preliminary plat entitled WHISPERING HEIGHTS, located northwest of 168th and Blondo Streets, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", has been approved by the City of Omaha Planning Board, along with the conditions set out in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and, WHEREAS, Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission of preliminary plats to the City Council for its consideration; and, WHEREAS, the acceptance of this preliminary plat is tentative in nature and does not constitute or require approval of the final plat of this subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: THAT, the preliminary plat entitled WHISPERING HEIGHTS, located northwest of 168th and Blondo Streets, along with the attached conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
