being 41st and Nicholas Streets Combined Sewer Renovation.

expenditures.

consideration and approval of this Resolution.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:

being 41st and Nicholas Streets Combined Sewer Renovation, being the lowest and best bid
received within the bid specifications,be accepted and the contract be awarded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
