RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Omaha has created a Cable
Television Advisory Committee; and,
WHEREAS, the Omaha Municipal Code provides that the City Council shall
appoint all members to that Committee; and,
WHEREAS, the membership of the Committee includes representatives from
each of the City Council districts and at-large members representing all residents of the city; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Dennis Lee is currently serving as an at-large representative on
the Cable Television Advisory Committee; and,
WHEREAS, it's the opinion of this Council that Mr. Dennis Lee should be
reappointed to serve as an at-large member of the Cable Television Advisory Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, Mr. Dennis Lee should be and hereby is reappointed to serve as an
at-large representative on the Cable Television Advisory Committee for a term commencing on
July 17, 2004, and expiring July 16, 2007.
