This Plat and Dedication for street widening will provide an additional 174 square foot for right-of-

way purposes along the west side of 185th Avenue, South of Polk Circle for the future Polk Street.
The applicant is the adjacent property owner.
CASE DESCRIPTION: This dedication was provided for with the approval of Falcon Ridge
subdivision(C10-98-071/C12-98-072). The rest of the right-of-way for Polk Street is included on
the Harrison Place plat.
DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION: Approval.
PLANNING BOARD RECOMMENDATION: Approval.
