AN ORDINANCE to rescind a PK Parking Overlay District located at 4816 Douglas Street, and
to provide for an effective date.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. In accordance with Sections 55-672 through 55-680 of the Omaha Municipal
Code, the PK Parking Overlay District is hereby rescinded for the following described land in
Douglas County, Nebraska:
Lot 17, Block 1, Sunset Addition
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen (15) days from the date
of its passage.
