Transmitted herewith is an Ordinance to amend Special Ordinance No. 10054, levying a special.
tax assessment for the cost of constructing sidewalks in the year 2004.
The costs for sidewalk construction were assessed in error. The Public Works Department
desires to remove the assessment and clear the lien from the property records.
Your consideration and approval of the attached Ordinance is requested.

ORDINANCE NO. 3725/
AN ORDINANCE to amend certain portions of Special Levy Ordinance No. 10054 levying an
assessment for the cost of constructing sidewalks in the year 2004 by repealing the
assessment on one parcel of property in the City of Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska,
5611 South 23rd Street; and providing for the effective date hereof.
WHEREAS, Special Levy Ordinance No. 10054 was passed by the City Council on November
8, 2005, levying a special assessment for the cost of constructing sidewalks on a certain
lot in the City of Omaha, and it has been ascertained that the assessment on the following
described property and in the amount so levied by the Special Ordinance No. 10054
should by repealed. The cost for sidewalk construction was assessed in error.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA
Section 1. That such portion of Special Ordinance No. 10054, passed November 8, 2005,
relating to and levying the special assessment for the cost of constructing sidewalks upon the
following described property
