AN ORDINANCE to establish, pursuant to Section 40-251 of the Omaha Municipal Code, a Class
"B" Flammable Liquids Storage District to be known as District No. B-207 at 11707 Miracle
Hills Drive, as requested by CSG Systems; and to provide the effective date hereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That there be established, pursuant to Section 40-251 of the Omaha Municipal
Code, a Class"B"Oil District to be known as District No. B-207, to be located at 11707 Miracle Hills
Drive, as requested CSG Systems, and as described in the attached legal description and shown on
the plat plan attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and take effect fifteen (15)days after the date
of its passage.

The property owner's representative, Daniel R. Parsons of LMRK DI PROPCO LLC have granted
their tenant CSG Systems, permission to install a generator system that will include a fuel storage
tank.
City of Omaha's Building and Development Division, Current Planning and the Fire Prevention
Bureau of the Omaha Fire Department has inspected or reviewed and approved the above
location for an aboveground liquid storage tank storing 13.000 gallons of a Class 2 liquid.
If accepted, this location will be known as District B-207.

This installation is to be used for storage of #2 Diesel Fuel with red dye
in a single above ground belly tank at 13,000 Gallon Tanks.
