The FY 2005 Consolidated Submission for Community Planning and Development Programs, approved by the City Council on November 2, 2005, authorizes this work. The following bids were received March 30, 2005. The bid tabulation is attached. As is City policy, the Human Relations Director will continue to review the Contractor to ensure compliance with the Contract Compliance Ordinance. The Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of the Removal of Foundations and Trees Project at 25th and Decatur Streets in the amount of $34,700.00 from the FY 2005 HOME Program, Long School Homebuyer Project, Fund 12179, Organization 128062.
