RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS,Section 14-115 of the Revised.Statutes of Nebraska authorizes the City
of Omaha to regulate the subdivision of land within the corporate limits of the City; and,
WHEREAS,the owners of certain unplatted real estate have executed and submitted
a plat entitled DEMITRUK PLACE, located Southwest of 5th and Bancroft Streets; and,
WHEREAS,the Planning Department has recommended the approval and acceptance
of this plat.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT,the plat entitled DEMITRUK PLACE,located Southwest of 5th and Bancroft
Streets, is hereby approved and accepted.
