RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the term of Ernest J. White as a member of the Library Board will
expire June 30, 2005; and,
WHEREAS, Section 14-23 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the
appointment to said board; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Fahey has reappointed Ernest J. White to the Library Board,
said term to commence July 1, 2005 and to expire June 30, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment by the Mayor of Ernest J. White as a member of the
Library Board, said term commencing July 1, 2005 and expiring June 30, 2008, is hereby
confirmed.
