RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 14-115 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska authorizes the
City of Omaha to regulate the subdivision of land within the corporate limits of the City; and,
WHEREAS, the owners of certain unplatted real estate have executed and
submitted a plat entitled HIDDEN CREEK, a cluster subdivision, located Northwest of 134th 1
and Fort Streets; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has recommended the approval and
acceptance of this plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the plat entitled HIDDEN CREEK, a cluster subdivision, located
Northwest of 134th and Fort Streets, is hereby approved and accepted.
