The undersigned, MAJESTIC POINTE, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, being the lawful
owner of all of the property described on Exhibit"A" attached hereto, and hereby requests that the property
be annexed to and included within the boundaries of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 614 of Douglas
County,Nebraska.
The undersigned certifies that such property is not located within the boundaries of any municipal
corporation. Further,the undersigned does hereby acknowledge that such property is annexed to the District,
it shall be subject to all taxes, special assessments and other burdens thereafter levied by the District.
This Petition for Annexation is made in accordance with Section 31-761 Reissue Revised Statues of
Nebraska,2004, as amended.
