AN ORDINANCE to rescind a Planned Unit Development Overlay District for the property located
at 9323 North 52"a Avenue;to rescind the Development Plan; and to provide for an effective
date.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. In accordance with Sections 55-584 through 55-594 of the Omaha Municipal
Code, a Planned Unit Development Overlay District and the Development Plan located at 9323
North 52°a Avenue, is hereby rescinded for the following described land in Douglas County,
Nebraska:
Lot 11, Raven Oaks Replat 1.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen(15)days from the date of
its passage.
