The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be,and the same hereby is,changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that: Lot 1,Omaha Retirement Residence,a subdivision as surveyed,platted and recorded in Douglas County,Nebraska,is hereby rezoned from MU-Mixed Use District to R7- Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.
