RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 27-121, et seq. of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for
the creation and operation of the Public Art Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Fred Clark has served on the Public Art Commission as an at large
representative; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Fahey desires to reappoint Fred Clark as an at large
representative to the Public Art Commission for a term of three years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment of Fred Clark, as an at large representative on the
Public Art Commission, to serve a term to commence on January 12, 2006, and expire on
January 11, 2009, is hereby confirmed.
