Agent to issue a Purchase Order to CBJ Construction Co., Inc., to furnish all labor, materials and
equipment necessary for trail improvements (new trails and paths) in Walnut Grove Park, 15050
"Q" Street, Omaha, Nebraska, to include but not be limited to, the removal of existing asphalt
pavement, installation of new concrete pavement, new benches, and related site improvements, for
the Parks,Recreation and Public Property Department.

PERFORMANCE BOND:

COMPLETION DATE:

TESTING ALLOWANCE:
