Condition(s):
1) Provide for the installation of all traffic improvements included in an approved traffic
study;
2) Note on the plat that direct access will not be permitted to "L" Street or 120th Street
from the site;
3) Coordinate the dedication and improvement of"I" Street with Connectivity Solutions
(to the north). It appears that additional right-of-way must be dedicated just south of
"I" Street;
4) Provide a reciprocal access easement for shared access and parking over the entire
plat;
5) Submit a drainage study that addresses on-site detention and provide drainage
easements where necessary; and,
6) Consider the access issues for the property on the northeast corner of 120 and "I"
Streets.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat entitled "L" STREET PLAZA, located
northwest of 120th and "L" Streets, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", has
been approved by the City of Omaha Planning Board; and,
WHEREAS, Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission
of preliminary plats to the City Council for its consideration; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of this preliminary plat is tentative in nature and does
not constitute or require approval of the final plat of this subdivision by the City of Omaha
Planning Board or City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the preliminary plat entitled "L" STREET PLAZA, located northwest of
120th and "L" Streets, is hereby accepted; and the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision
is hereby authorized.
