RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act, as
amended, after a hearing held within 45 days after receiving notice and a copy of the license
application and upon due consideration of all standards and criteria provided by law, this Council
hereby recommends that the following application for a Package Liquor License be granted.
MAI THAN, L.L.C., dba "Quality Mart", 9930 Maple Street
THAT, the cost of publication of notice of the hearing was $26.00.

We the undersigned oppose permitting a package liquor store at the above referenced
location and pray that a package liquor license be denied at 9930 Maple Street. There is
already a very nice package liquor store less than a block away in Maple Village
Shopping Center.
