RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the revised preliminary plat entitled THE ROWS AT SOMA
REPLAT 2, a cluster subdivision, located Southwest of 11th and Leavenworth Streets, attache&
hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", with a request for waivers of Sec. 53-11(c)(1),
Nondedicated roads; Sec. 53-8(2)(b), Streets and alleys; and Sec. 53-9(a) Sidewalks has been
approved by the City of Omaha Planning Board along with the conditions set out in Exhibit "B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof; and,
WHEREAS, Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission
of revised preliminary plats to the City Council for its consideration; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of this revised preliminary plat with waivers of Sec.
53-11(c)(1), Nondedicated roads; Sec. 53-8(2)(b), Streets and alleys; and Sec. 53-9(a) Sidewalks
is tentative in nature and does not constitute or require approval of the final plat of this
subdivision by the City of Omaha Planning Board or City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the revised preliminary plat entitled THE ROWS AT SOMA REPLAT 2,
a cluster subdivision, located Southwest of llth and Leavenworth Streets with waivers of Sec.
53-11(c)(1), Nondedicated roads; Sec. 53-8(2)(b), Streets and alleys; and Sec. 53-9(a) Sidewalks,
along with the attached conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of
this subdivision is hereby authorized.
