NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: THAT, the attached agreement, as recommended by the Mayor, to provide a Lead Based Paint Hazard Control Grant in the amount of $12,500.00 and NDEQ Lead Grant in the . amount of $10,302.00 for the lead hazard control work at the property owned and occupied by Manuel Maya and Jesusita Maya at 2403 Laurel Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68111, through the Lead Based Paint Hazard Control Program is hereby approved. The contract is to be awarded to Lamb's Remodeling. Funds shall be paid from Lead-based Paint Hazard Control Program, Fund No. 12136, Organization 128018 and NDEQ Lead Fund No. 12141, Organization No. 128016.
