The restrictions to this permit being that we would not put up a billboard or the like but would only utilize the permit for outside vehicle storage. The storage would consist only of legally registered vehicles that are operable, mostly RVs. There are 36 paved stalls on the west side of the property that we would like to utilize for this. We have screening measures put in place along the perimeter of the property where required. Currently our conditional use permit allows us only inside storage with 24 hour access. We receive many calls for outside storage for these types of vehicles. We feel this will blend in well with the property use as visibility will be limited from anyone outside the property.
