ITEM NO.40 IS A REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT. THE REQUEST IS FOR A DAY CARE TO BE LOCATED DIRECTLY NORTH OF OUR PLANT. Gary, John Roth&Son is a family business that has been at this location since 1885. The problems we have with this use permit for children day care are: 1. Why in a heavy Industrial Zoned area? The OPS has ground on 48"&Q Street. 2. What effect will my business have on the day care center? 3. In the winter time when it is cold our dryer will create a moisture cloud that will carry a block or more.Although we have not had a problem with other Industrial users what will happen with children involved. We would like restrictions on the permit to be as follows: • 1. OPS will be aware of our drying operation. TO 2. We will not suffer any legal action due to being Industrial. Ai Thank you for assisting me with our concern,we greatly appreciate it. If you Di . have any further questions please call myself or Bob Buscher Jr. at#731-7500. Thank You, 'S. s_. .
