RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act, as
amended, after a hearing held within 45 days after receiving notice and a copy of the license
` application and upon due consideration of all standards and criteria provided by law, this Council
hereby recommends that the following application for a Class "I"Liquor License be.granted. •

Several sources have been identified to provide the additional funding requirement and moving
forward with the final grant application and the project will depend upon development of these
additional financial resources.
The preliminary Grant application is based upon a concept study, and the final trail location grades
and the trail's exact terminus will be more specifically defined during the final design stages.
Likewise, additional design work is necessary to formalize the exact project costs.
The Keystone Trail East has long been a critical missing link in the City's popular trail system.
Upon completion, this trail will provide midtown and downtown residents access to Omaha's most
extensive trail — the Keystone Trail, by linking it with the Field Club Trail. The grant application
authorized by this Resolution provides for Phase I of this Keystone Trail East Trail.
